KLADDMUFFINS WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE AND LIME FILLING

Thanks to the relatively short worktime I can manage many things here. One of them is baking. I bought a muffins form, so I can be creative in more ways... 

Kladdmuffins with white chocolate-lime filling

(10-12 Muffins)

Muffin dough: 2 eggs, 3dl sugar, 1/2ts salt, 3s coacoa powder, 1s vanilla sugar, 1/2ts bakingpowder, 2dl fine flour, 125g butter - melted

Whip egg and sugar with a fork, mix in salt, coacoa powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour. Add melted butter (should not be hot). Put it in muffinform. It should be baked in 175 degrees preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.


Lime Filling: 1 pack mascarpone (250g), 2ts vanilla sugar, 1s melis = powder sugar, 1/2dl white chocolate (fine grated), lime peel of 1 lime

Whip mascarpone (I didn't have it so I used one 200g pack of Philedelphiaost and 50g romme...sour cream), vanilla sugar and melis, add chocolate and lime peel.
